Cider, the fairytail drink. Hardanger Cider is made according to old recepies, but using modern teqniques.

Hardanger Juice and Cider factory

is located by the innermost part of
the Hardanger Fjord at the
fruit farm Lekve in Ulvik.
We produce apple juice and
cider from traditional recipes.
In 2009 we started production of apple brandy.

Old fruit farm
From old times there has been fruit farming on Lekve farm; apples, pears, plums and cherries. From 2004, the juice and cider production has a very important part of the production at the farm. On the basis of the fruit at the farm, the goal was to find ways to refine and create products which have long traditions in Hardanger.

Drive towards Osa from the centre of Ulvik. Turn left from the main road just after sign "Hjeltnes and Rondestveit" to the right. We keep open according to agreement.
